She is also the CEO and Founder of MPulse Summit, an annual conference created to bring beauty professionals together to recharge, reset, and aspire to become the best version of themselves personally and professionally. A respected leader in the beauty industry, Micheline was mentored under the late Joe Louis Dudley Sr., legendary businessman, hair-care pioneer, and founder of Dudley Products Inc., whose influence helped shape her commitment to excellence, entrepreneurship, and empowerment.
